Dr. Carlos De Leon Meijin is the Shodai Soke (Founder) of the MO'O Ryu Kempo Sytem (Kenpo Goshin Jitsu - Wing Chun - Kombatan - Lua) and he is the Kancho (CEO) around the world for his organization. Dr. Deleon hold the following titles:

Professor Carlos Deleon started training in the martial arts in the 1970’s under his father Professor Oscar Deleon in the art of Kenpo karate. Professor Deleon holds the titles of Shodai Soke founder of MO'O Ryu Kempo system, Kumu Lua Mekia Alihikaua Umi 10th degree under the Lua Halau O Kaihewalu (Hawaiian Lua Martial Arts), Kumu Lua Deleon is one of few promoted to 10th degree by Olohe Solomon Kaihewalu, and one of 3 seniors Kumu Lua with multi-generational black belt students with schools around the world. Doctor Deleon also holds the title of Hanshi Judan in Kempo, Sigung in Wing Chun Gung Fu, and is one of five to reach the level of Lakan Sampu (10th degree) Grandmaster under the Modern Arnis Kombatan Presas System (Filipino Stick-Knife Fighting), Professor Deleon holds the rank of Hachidan 8th degree Chow-Hoon Goshin-Jitsu under Senior Professor James Muro. Additionally, Dr. Deleon has been recognized as a founder of MO'O Ryu Kempo system under Kempo International, the Sokeship Council Seishinryoku Kai W.S.C.S.K. from Soke Spiridon, the World Headmasters Sokeship Council from Shidoshi Perry, and the World Head of Family Sokeship Council from Soke Frank Sanchez.
Professor de Leon has also trained in Hawaiian Kenpo since 1979, and in Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, combative empty hand, and weapons training in the Guatemalan Army. Professor de Leon competed in Central and South American international tournaments where he was notorious for his kicks and speed. In 1992 Professor Carlos competed with the Guatemalan Army martial arts team and obtained a first place as a team and first place as an individual. In the early 1990's Professor de Leon moved to the United States to the San Francisco Bay area and trained in Kempo 1992 to present, Wing Chun Gung Fu 1992 to present, Kali 1993 to present, Shorinji Ryu Sato Ninjitsu 1996-1998, Arnis de mano (Kombatan) 1999 to present, And Hawaiian Lua 1999 to present. Kumu Lua Alihikaua de Leon was a direct student of Hawaiian Lua SGM Olohe Solomon Kaihewalu. GM de Leon was a direct student of Late SGM Ernesto Presas, is a current direct student of GM Samuel Kwok Ip Man Wing Chun and is a direct student of Senior Professor James Muro - Chow Hoon Goshin - Jitsu. Professor de Leon has been teaching in the United States for the past 32 years, with current dojo / club locations in United States, Central America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Master Edwin Mejia began his martial arts training at the age of 12 in the art of Lima Lam with Grandmaster Mario Villanueva and achieved first degree Black Belt on December 20, 1996.
Master Mejía is a 7th-degree black belt with more than 35 years of experience in martial arts. He participated in national and international open tournaments from 1993 to 1999 in the countries of El Salvador, Honduras, and Mexico.
In 2000, Master Mejia participated in an international seminar with the founder of Lima Lama Grand Master and founder Tu'umanao "Tino" Tuilosega. The seminar was held in Orange County, California, United States. Master Mejia trained in single and double baston Polynesian stick techniques “ Ti’apega ma Lo’ua” from 1992 to present, and Master Mejia transitioned his knowledge of stick work to Kombatan by completing the Kombatan curriculum with Senior Grandmaster Carlos Deleon. With more than 30 years of experience with single and double baston, Master Mejia is the Kombatan Central America Representative under Senior Grandmaster Carlos Deleon.
Master Mejía teaches the MO'O Ryu Kempo, Kombatan, Wing Chun, Lima Lama, and Hawaiian Lua in Guatemala City, Costa Rica, and other Central American countries. Master Pablo Gobbi began his martial arts training in 1977 in the art of Judo. He continued his training with Shaolin Kung Fu in 1983. Master Gobbi continued studying Muay Thai, Krav Mag, and Luta Libre, also, is also one of the first to get certified in RDA Combat Concepts in Argentina. Master Gobbi's first experience with Kali was in 2005 and he continued his FMA training within the RDA system which is based on Mano Mano and Kali Filipino. Master Gobbi continued his FMA training in Kombatan under Senior Grandmaster Carlos Deleon, and he is the South American representative under Senior Grandmaster Carlos Deleon.
His studies on Hawaiian and Polynesian Martial Arts and the Hawaiian Spiritual Paths called Huna Paths, led him to be recognized as KUMU of Hawaiian culture, the Combat Art that was Forbidden for anyone who was not Custodian of the Kings, Today there are few families with the knowledge and My Master Senior Kumu Lua Dr. Carlos Deleon opened the door for Master Gobbi to achieved the title of Kumu Lua in the art of Kaihewalu Lua.

Master Damian Rosatti began his martial arts training at the age of 9 in 1986 in the art of Karate Shorin Ryu and boxing. MASTER GUSTAVO GARCIA

Master Gustavo Garcia began his martial arts training in 1993 at the age of 6 years old in the art of Kyokushin Karate, including single baston kobudo training. In 2000 Master Garcia began training Capoeira. He continued his training in Karate and Kobudo Shorin Ryu in 2004 and 2006 he started with Karate Do Uechi Ryu in Buenos Aires and Judo in the city of Colón. In 2008 he joined Kosho Ryu Kenpo. Master Garcia started his FMA training in Kali in 2008 and continued his FMA training in Kombatan under Senior Grandmaster Carlos Deleon. In 2009 Master Garcia opened his first school “Ôkami Dojo”, his own Martial Arts academy where he began to teach Kenpo and Kyokushin. From 2011 to 2016 Master Garcia completed the Military Sambo, Sport Sambo, and Combat Sambo Instructor course in the Argentina Military. While continuing to learn about combat, he became certified as an Advanced Instructor of Hand-to-Hand Combat and Self-Defense of the R.D.A. Organization, which was officially founded by Master Damian Rosatti. He also obtained the certifications as an Instructor of Tactical Combat System International and TAKTIKA a Ukrainian system of hand-to-hand combat and tactical training.
In 2019 Master Garcia participated in the Pan American Olympic Wrestling Games. He completed the International Wrestling Coach course with United World Wrestling and the International Olympic Committee. He directs competitors from his province to participate in the National Wrestling Championship after more than 20 years of absence in this event, achieving two gold medals. Obtain the Jiu Jitsu Violet Belt. The 2nd Entre Ríos Kyokushin Championship is held. For the last twenty years, Master Garcia has participated and continues to mentor his students in international martial arts tournaments in more than five disciplines. Master García holds numerous titles in Karate, Lucha Olimpica, Sambo, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, etc.
Master Garcia is the master instructor of 4 schools in Argentina, and one school in Spain under Senior Grandmaster Carlos Deleon.

Military Experience:
Master Garcia has over 13 years of military experience in the Argentine Army, he reached the rank of Cabo Primero non-commissioned officer with specialties in Air Assault and armored Troops tactics and received the recognition of Merit of the Engineers Branch, the individual physical fitness of the Argentine Army, the aptitude for combat operational personal defense, and the award of shooting instructor of the year. He also completed the Basic and advanced humanitarian demining course, and he was the head of the Physical Education Section (Armored Engineer Battalion 2, from 2013 to 2017). Master Garcia has extensive knowledge in the use of short and long firearms and explosives, as well as combat in localities and restricted urban combat.

• 4th degree Kombatan-Modern Arnis (Guro)
• 4th degree Hawaiian Lua (Kumu Lua Ono Kakiana)
• Wing Chun (Instructor)
Guro Solis, with over 25 years of martial arts experience and over 15 years of teaching experience, teaches in Guatemala Central America, and continues her martial arts studies under Master Edwin Mejia and Senior Master Carlos Deleon.
